Where is my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. If you haven’t received this email yet, it may still be processing or the message might have gone to your spam folder.

Our orders usually arrive within 5 business days of being shipped, but delays by the courier are possible and unfortunately beyond our control. We kindly ask for your patience in such cases. If it’s been longer than expected and there’s still no update, feel free to contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments to get your items to you faster. This can happen if certain pieces are packed or dispatched from different locations. If you've only received part of your order, the rest is still on its way and should arrive shortly.

Items usually arrive within 2 business days of each other, but if it feels like it’s been too long, feel free to contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
