Where is Diamoray jewelry made?

All our jewelry is handcrafted in our atelier in London.

Does your jewelry wear off after showering or swimming?

It's possible but unlikely. If you want to be safe avoid contact with water and other fluids – especially acidic liquids, sonic cleaners, and commercial jewelry cleaners containing ammonia or alcohol. These types of liquid can damage both the plating and the crystals.

What is the quality of your diamonds?

We use Cubic Zirconia which is a diamond simulant made from zirconium dioxide. It looks and sparkles just like the real deal, giving our jewellery a diamond-like shine without the high price tag.

Can someone tell the difference between a real diamond and zirconia by sight?

Nope! They would need very special equipment only available in gemological laboratories to tell the difference between a real diamond or zirconia.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Our jewelry is made for everyday wear but we would advise to store them in a safe place when not wearing them and to clean them gently using to keep their lustre and shine impeccable. You can find more details on our Jewelry Care page as well.

What size should I buy?

At Diamoray, we know that finding the correct size for your ring, necklace or bracelet is important. To help you find the correct size, we have created this handy guide.

Where do you ship to?

We ship all across the United Kingdom and it’s free.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is always on us! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders

How fast do you ship out orders?

We use a variety of carriers on all orders. Once your order is placed we are dipatching your package within 24 hours and we promise to deliver your jewelry within 7 working days, - we will even try and to do it in 5.

The shipping date (= the date on which your Diamoray pieces leave our atelier) is mentioned on all product pages depending on stock levels.

I need my package delivered asap, can you help?

If you need your Diamoray pieces urgently you can select the Express Shipping option at checkout and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

How can I track my order?

Is my shipment insured?

Yes, always. You can relax, all our shipments are 100% insured by us.

Can I cancel or update my order?

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my piece and will I be refunded?

Of course! At Diamoray we offer a no questions asked return policy. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item following the guidelines above and place a new order for the desired item.

Are returns or exchanges free?

Yes! Returns or exchanges are always on us! You won't have to pay any shipping fee and will be fully refunded as soon as we receive your package.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Get in contact with us via Contact and we'll take care of the rest.

When can I expect my refund?

The full amount of your return will be refunded within a maximum of 5 days after receiving the piece in our atelier for verification.

Can I return or exchange my order from another country I received it from?

Each country has its own regulations regarding customs and duties. Consequently, we can only provide you with a return or exchange label from the country where the order was initially shipped.

For example, if your order was delivered in the UK, we can only supply you with a return label from the UK, and we will be unable to process a return if you need to return the items from another country.

Do I need to return the extra goodies/ luxury gifts I received with my order?

If you return all your items make sure to include the complimentary goodies/luxury gifts as well. 

Duties & Taxes

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

You won't have to pay any additional duties or taxes. We guarantee, there won't be anything additional to pay upon arrival.

Warranty & Certificate

What is your Warranty policy?

For every Diamoray piece, you get a 1 year warranty for any manufacturing defects. This does not cover damages caused by accidents, scratches arisen from normal
wear, neglect or improper use.

Promotions & Sales

Will my discount code work during promotions?

Discount codes are enabled during our sitewide promotions and the discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my pieces during the promotion ?

Of course! At Diamoray we offer a no questions asked return policy. You are allowed to exchange or return your pieces 30 days from delivery.

We offer multiple ways to pay for your items and accept most common credit cards and local payment gateways, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
